Why preorders?

We produce in considered drops, three a year, with limited inventory per piece. Preordering means we make what is wanted, not what we hope someone will want. Less waste, more considered work. Each piece is committed to a buyer before it is produced.

How long until I receive my order?

In-stock orders ship within 5 working days. Preorders ship 8 to 10 weeks after order, after production completes. Specific dispatch dates are confirmed at order.

Is each piece unique?

Yes. Stone is natural. Vein patterns are not specified. Colour shifts with the quarry, the cut, and the seal. We do not show you a piece and send you a different one, but we cannot promise the next piece will match this one exactly. That is the point.

How do I care for stone?

Dry cloth, daily. No water on alabaster. Limited water on travertine and marble. The full guide is on the Care page.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Photograph in original packaging before unwrapping further. Email within 48 hours. Replacement or refund within 5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. New Zealand and Australia by NZ Post. Rest of world by DHL. Rates and timelines are on the Shipping page.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. Twenty-five percent off RRP for approved trade accounts. No minimum order. Apply via the Trade page.
