Lomāe sells direct to homes, and direct to the people who shape homes. If you are a designer, architect, stylist, hospitality buyer, or specialist retailer working across New Zealand or Australia, the trade programme is for you. You bring the project. We bring the pieces and the support to specify them well. It is built to be simple, profitable, and to suit how good design work actually happens.

Who we work with

The trade programme is for:

Interior designers and stylists working on residential or commercial projects.
Architects specifying pieces into homes, workplaces, hospitality, or developments.
Hospitality operators sourcing for restaurants, boutique hotels, lodges, and short-stay properties.
Specialist retailers and showrooms with a considered offering, retailing at RRP or above.

Eligibility is verified through your business registration, website, or relevant portfolio. We work with verified businesses, not casual buyers using designer codes.

What you receive

25% off retail across the Lomāe range.

Free samples, up to three pieces, for serious project enquiries. Yours to keep, no return required.

Priority drop access, one week before each public release. Reserve pieces for confirmed projects before general sale opens.

Direct contact. Trade enquiries reach a real person, not a queue. Specification advice, lead-time confirmation, and stock holds available for confirmed work.

Stock confirmation. Pieces can be held against a project number for up to thirty days before payment is required, where stock allows.

Applications are reviewed within two business days. Approved trade accounts receive a personal code applied at checkout, along with samples (if requested) and an introduction to your point of contact at Lomāe.

Terms

No minimum order. Order one piece or fifty. We treat them the same.

Payment is by card at the time of order for the first three transactions. After three orders, Net 30 terms are available on request for established accounts.

Resale. Lomāe pieces sold by trade partners must retail at or above the published RRP. We do not approve discount-led resale.

Returns. Standard returns and care policies apply to trade orders. Damage in transit is handled by Lomāe directly. Pieces that have been used or installed are not returnable.
