If a piece is not what you expected, return it. Items must be in original condition, in original packaging. Email hello@lomaehome.com to start a return.

Cost

Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece arrived damaged. We refund the order amount within 5 working days of receiving the return.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the piece in original packaging before unwrapping further. Email within 48 hours. Replacement or refund within 5 working days.

Natural variation

Vein patterns, colour shifts, and surface character are natural to stone. They are not faults. We do not accept returns for natural variation.
